You can pay by: Eurocheque, bank draft, money order, direct bank transfer, credit card.

Payment for tour can be in Euro, U.S. Dollars or any agreed currency.

How to make your booking.

1: A Confirmation/Sales Invoice will be sent on receipt of Tour Confirmation and Deposit.

Please make your booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

2: Balance of payment is due not later than 6 weeks before the day of departure and this date will be detailed on your confirmation.

3: A deposit of €100.00 per person is requested at time of booking (unless a separate arrangement is agreed with individual tours). Some services require full payment at time of confirmation. These include certain golf club green fees, fishing beats and specialist services that Celtour also must abide by.

This full payment condition also includes travel to Ireland to include Air Transport, Ferries etc. under certain circumstances. A full explanation will be included in your confirmation where necessary.

4: Bookings received within 6 weeks of starting date must be accompanied by full payment.

5: An administration charge of €25.00 will be made to clients who wish to vary arrangements which have already been confirmed by telephone or in writing and accepted by the client.

6: Payments may be made by credit card but are subject to an additional charge of between 2% and 4%.

7: If you have to cancel your holiday, for whatever reason, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge representing our loss and expenses as follows:

Cancellations of 28 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit only will be retained. Cancellations less than 28 days prior to arrival date are subject to the following charges on the full holiday price; 27 days to 14 days: 60%. 13 days to 7 days prior to arrival: 80%. Thereafter: 100%. Certain tours or services have individual cancellation policies that will be highlighted at time of booking where necessary.

Wherever possible Celtour will do its utmost to refund monies or offer a suitable alternative if we can recover monies already paid to our service providers. But under certain circumstances no refunds will be given depending on contractual arrangements with service providers.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Please note that if the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of your insurance policy the above charges will normally be refunded to you by your insurance company on receipt of a valid claim- subject to their normal conditions.

Celtour strongly advise clients to take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover loss of deposit, cancellation of holiday, missed departure, and personal liability insurance and health care. Also take out insurance cover for any loss, injury, damage, illness, death or legal liability incurred during your holiday.

We accept no liability for any of these actions.

Also we accept no liability for the failure or fear of failure or inability of any equipment or any computer programme, whether or not your own it, to recognise or to correctly interpret or process any data or to continue to function correctly.

8: A tour or tours cannot be changed or altered once they have entered the final week before arrival. Under certain circumstances itineraries can be changed or altered at the client’s request. BUT, at the clients expense where applicable. Celtour except no liability for additional expense due to changes in tour programmes or itineraries at the request of our clients.

A tour or tours cannot be changed after its inception.

9:Celtour Limited reserves the right to cancel or change any holidays or service but will, where possible, with the agreement of the client, offer suitable alternative arrangements or, if these are unacceptable, refund all monies paid.

10:Celtour Limited cannot, at any time, accept responsibility for any losses, injuries, inconvenience or expenses caused to clients due to Force Majeure including but not limited to government action or restraint, war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, strikes, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, delays, weather conditions or the threat of any of these or any other event beyond our control.

11: All descriptions of Celtour services and general facilities are published in good faith and are accurate at time of going to press to the best of our knowledge. However please note that changes do occur.
